Consent

Tradeline Match sends text messages only when a customer provides a mobile number and expressly chooses the stated message category. Marketplace participation and magazine access are not conditioned on agreeing to promotional text messages.

Message categories

Messages may include one-time sign-in codes, security notices, transaction status, owner or subscriber action reminders, payment notices, support updates, or promotional updates when separately authorized.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency depends on account activity and the categories selected. Message and data rates may apply under the customer's mobile plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop and help

Reply STOP to end messages from the sending program. Reply HELP for instructions. A customer may also update communication choices through the applicable profile or contact workflow. A necessary service notice may still be delivered through another available channel.

Records

Tradeline Match records the consent language, time, source, number, message category, delivery status, and opt-out so communication choices remain auditable.
