Can I see the marketplace without signing in?

Yes. Public visitors can review active listing records and use TLM guidance without an account. Sign-in begins only when you choose to start a protected owner or subscriber workflow.

How long is a subscription?

Every subscriber commitment has a three-month minimum. The monthly price and commitment are shown before checkout.

When can I request a refund?

A full refund of the latest monthly payment is available only when the self-serve request is submitted within 24 hours after that charge.

How do I stop the next renewal?

Submit the cancellation at least five calendar days before the next monthly billing date. A request inside that five-day cutoff takes effect after the next paid month, and the three-month minimum still applies.

Does an owner approve every subscriber?

Yes. Owners approve or decline each subscriber request. Approval is never automatic.

Is the owner’s identity public?

No. Public listings do not identify the owner. Sensitive subscriber identity records are also kept out of public marketplace content.

What does verified mean?

Verified means the required marketplace documentation, account facts, eligibility, and available capacity were reviewed. It is not a promise of bureau reporting or a financial result.

Does Tradeline Match guarantee a score change or approval?

No. Tradeline Match does not guarantee reporting, score changes, approvals, financing, or lender decisions.
